			General Concept of prepress Prepress technicians and workers are responsible for the first stage, preparing the material for printing presses. They perform a variety of tasks involved with transforming text and pictures into finished pages and making printing plates of the pages. 			Laser Proof We strongly advise our clients to make black and white laser proof before transforming the final artworks to us. If you are not sure the correctness of the artworks already transformed to us, you stil canl ask for a set of black and white laser proof, especially for books with large page count. We also can produce full colour laser proof for the purpose of checking the artworks.


			Spot colours Tools we use for spot colours press is as follows: - PANTONE formula guide solid uncoated - PANTONE formula guide solid coated - PANTONE clour bridge coated

			Mock-Up Binders folders boxes, printing or packaging producst as above require a mock-up before the final proofing or press. We provide both digital mock-up and physical mock-up to help our clients to decide the final specification of the products. We will try our best to use the real stock to make the mock up. Normally a mock-up is hand-made , and will cause extra cost.

			Digital Proof If your catalog newsletter or other printing producsts do not have very demanding requirements on colour, you can choose digital proof, which is quicker and 50% cheaper, and new tech making it geting more and more close to the traditional press proof now.

			Colour Corrections To create perfect colours you want is our final goal. If you are not sure of your artworks, we can make imporvement or correction to your artworks according tto your laser proof or description until you are satified with the colour and effect.

			Press Proof Here we are talking about traditional press proof, which provided by us for clients to confirm the layout and colour. Those proof are the last time proof which is most close to the final products. Normally we will keep duplicate copy which we take to the press machine for our engineers' reference.
